Who We Are
ALHET is an insurance broking firm which was incorporated on 5th May 2017 under the Ghana Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179); and is licensed by the National Insurance Commission (NIC) to carry on the business of insurance broking.
We are committed to being your first choice broker, delivering top quality personalized service in the most professional way.

Directors
Prof. Williams Abayaawien Atuilik
Board Chairman
Prof. Atuilik is a chartered accountant, barrister at law, tax consult, chartered banker and a chartered economist. He holds a PHD in Accounting from Capella University, Minnesota, USA; and a Master of Finance from GIMPA. Williams is the Provost and Rector of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Philanthropy at Heritage Christian College. He is the Managing Consultant of Massim Consult.
He has worked in various capacities in the past including Public Finance Manager for PAFA (proving PFM support to PAFA member countries within the African Region). Williams has been involved in several consultancies on behalf of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), African Development Bank, the World Bank, USAID, WHO, DFID, Massim Consult and on his own behalf as an independent consultant.
He has lectured and served as Examiner/Moderator in Accounting and Law courses in various institutions and universities in Ghana and Liberia.
Hetty Eyeson-Ghansah (Mrs.)
Chief Executive Officer
Hetty is the Chief Executive Officer of Alhet Insurance Brokers Limited. She is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, (CII) UK. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, with specialization in Insurance, from London Metropolitan University (formerly London Guildhall University) in the United Kingdom. Hetty also has an Advanced Diploma in Applied Insurance Studies from the Ghana Insurance College.
Hetty started her career as an intern with Alexander Forbes Risks Services, UK in 1999. She later had a brief stint with the American Life Insurance Company, also in the UK as a Sales Executive, before travelling to Ghana to join the then Metropolitan Insurance Company Limited as an Underwriting Officer in 2002. She later became Head of Customer Service at Metropolitan Life Ghana. Since leaving Metropolitan Life at the end of 2009, Hetty has worked as a Sales Executive of Hollard Insurance Ghana until resigning in April 2018.
Joseph Gyakye Jackson
Non-Executive Director
Joseph is currently the Director of Operations at Dalex Finance, having joined the Company in May 2013. He graduated with Bachelor of Arts Degree in Statistics and Economics (Combined Major) from the University of Ghana in 1989.
He previously worked as a Consultant with Rainbow Consult in Nigeria as a Management Consultant. He was previously the CEO of The SOFTtribe Limitedin Ghana, before leaving for Nigeria to set up The SOFTtribe in Nigeria.
